A Crystal Grid is created for issues that one would like to heal. You also might like Liz to consult with her guides and see what they suggest. We meet over Zoom and have a healing session together around the grid. The singing bowls are used to deepen the healing. There is one bowl for each chakra. Elizabeth sends a photo of the grid with the names of the stones to you. She keeps the grid set up in her healing room for 24 hours.
