A Crystal Grid is created for stubborn issues that one has had trouble healing. We meet over Zoom and have a healing session together around the grid. Elizabeth uses singing bowls, 1 for each of the 7 chakras to heal and sooth you while you recline. The bowls balance the chakras and retune body, mind, and spirit. Liz sends a photo of the grid with the names and meanings of the stones to you. She keeps the grid set up in her healing room and feeds it healing intentions and singing bowl energy each day for two weeks. We also check in during this period.
