Singing Bowl Therapy The Eastern Shamans say that when a bodily organ becomes ill, it stops singing its optimal song. They believe that Singing Bowls contain the perfect sound, the vibratory notes that we need to align to. Singing bowls do not go out of tune unless they have been damaged. Through the principle of resonance the bowls work to retune us.
In Singing Bowl Therapy there is 1 bowl for each of the 7 major chakras, they are set in the seven notes of the scale. Each note correlates with one of the chakras. Liz works with the Tibetan system for chakra correlation with the notes. The bowls are made up of metals which represent the 7 major planets. Each planet has a balancing affect on the mind, body, and spirit. Singing Bowl Therapy relaxes the individual and brings a person back into harmony. The bowls’ vibrations elevate positive energies while releasing what does not serve (ex. illness, pain, anxiety). Bowl Therapy may be scheduled alone or it may be combined with Crystals. Singing Bowl massages are also available for sore body parts.
The therapy Elizabeth is trained in comes from Nepal and Tibet and is heavily inlaid with their shamanism. Tibet and Nepal shared in the growth of singing bowls as a healing modality. Liz studied under a Master from the Kathmandu Center of Healing in Nepal. He learned from his grandfather who was a Shaman with Tibetan and Nepali roots.
Singing Bowl Meditation Sessions Singing Bowls make excellent focusing tools for meditation. Private session are offered online and in person during the pandemic. Group sessions are only available online, at this time. Singing Bowls create a relaxed atmosphere, work as a tool to focus on, and are therapeutic (healing) while one meditates. Both Private and Monthly Group Singing Bowl Meditations are offered.
Medical studies have found that singing bowls elevate the brain waves into Alpha and Theta frequencies. Alpha brain waves induce deep relaxation, a positive mindset, and the ability to problem solve. Theta frequencies bring about healing on all levels, deep learning, and bridge the intuition with conscious thought. Theta brain wave activity is generally only achieved only after many years of meditation practice.

"The singing bowl therapy is amazing. I have chronic shoulder pain and knee pain and I was amazed how effective it is. Either in person or virtually, you will not be disappointed!"
